After 4 months at this GYM: The GYM owner is too annoying, actually he call himself as trainer, but he doesn't have much knowledge in fitness. He is too arrogant and rude. He don't know about the form of every variaton. There is time limit in this GYM, it will make you hurry. The owner just stuck with the Bros Split (Workout Split) which is not much effective for your muscle. If you prefer to do some other splits, he will not allow you. I would not recommend this GYM. He will disobey you.

It's very good gym in and around Urapakkam. Fees is also very low at this gym. We can spend more time, there is no restrictions in time. Gym master is very friendly

Perfect gym for middle class people the master charges only 200rs per month . And he is very friendly and jovial . Totally worth it !!!
