Sessions made it possible. The coaches are professional ,experienced and friendly. This place is a community where your health and happiness is priority and whatever your age or ability you are made to feel a valuable member. Nutrition is made simple and you don't need to go hungry to lose weight not a fade diet in sight.

I am very impressed with the gym's equipment and the coordination among the trainers. The facility is well-equipped with modern machines and free weights, and the trainers work together effectively to provide excellent support and guidance. Worst experience for me. The owner of the gym was rude when I was using the treadmill. He said I cannot use the treadmill for more than 15 mins. What if you would like to do the treadmill for 30 mins? Even there is no notice pasted that you should use treadmill for 15 mins only. No one informed such rules while joining the gym. And the owner is saying I should ask him before using any equipment. Not sure what kind of logic is this. I said I don't want to continue, he says money is not refundable. So much money I am paying to not use the equipment? That too I come for just an hour a day. TOO BAD!! Not recommended at all. Don't lose your money paying for the longer term. Please think before you join.

Nice ambience in the gym. Proper training and guidance given from the trainers.i would definitely recommend this gym for beginners as well as experienced persons.Finest gym in hosur with good equipments.
