My time at Mytri Yoga Centre has been an amazing experience. Under the guidance of Guru Anandhan Ji, I learned yoga with synchronized breathing techniques that made the practice both powerful and calming. I completed 15 days of classes and have now continued my practice at home with the recordings. Within just these 15 days, I already feel calmer, enjoy better sleep, and notice positive changes in my daily life. I am motivated to continue practicing regularly and look forward to experiencing even deeper benefits on this journey.

I attended a 2 week session of Yoga with Ananthan ji and it was a great mindful experience. Ananthan ji methodically and slowly explained the practice and helped us convert it into a habit. Simple and Powerful Path to a Healthy Life I've known Ananthan Ji for over a decade now. His approach to yoga and meditation is beautifully simple, yet profoundly effective. Yoga practices with our Guru Ji Ananthan is a blessed gift to me. After 10 years, I have attended the refreshing yoga classes with my Guru Ji last week. Unbelievable experience that I got the flexibility in 3rd day of practice. Wanted to share the real experience about 10 years ago. I was having sever neck pain due to neuro disorder in my neck. Struggled more than a month with sleepless nights, took many medicines more than the recommended limits due to un tolerable pain. My father took me to a leading neuro surgeon in bangalore and the doctor asked me the nature of job and I told full time I work with laptop. Doctor suggested me to throw the laptop and go for physical activity related job. This was practically impossible to get the same salary and to lead the current life. In alternate, he recommended for major operation in the spine to set the nerve back to the position. I was not interested in operation and pleading with him for physiotherapy. Finally asked about the location I live and I told him that I am from Hosur(TamilNadu). He suddenly turned on me and said "you are having the solution next you and why you visited me all the way travelling from Hosur?". I asked what is that sir. He told Ananthan Ji the best yoga master who can provide the solution for this. Same day I called Guru Ji and he gave me appointment at night 10pm night. I met Guruji and he just listened my problem and gave simple yogic practices, asked me to follow for a week. That was a miracle on 3rd day, my one+ month pain vanished with the grace of GuruJi.
