The gym is located in the main area of Olympus, ramanathapuram. Very spacious for crossfit and strength training workouts. The gym trainer Mr.Harish and his team are wonderful. They guide you with the right diet and perfect workouts for each and every individual based on their body types. I literally had some good results after joining the gym.

Trainer Harish is a very professional and knowledgeable trainer. He is very friendly, motivating, and dedicated and guides you throughout your fitness journey. This is one of the best gyms in the vicinity. It is well-maintained and equipped with the necessary equipment for workouts. I joined the gym in August. It's my first gym and having great experience. Trainer is very supportive, assisting and correcting if I'm doing any workout wrongly. Equipments were well maintained. Having very good experience overall.

I joined 2 months back and have gained 3 kg's of muscle. I find it very difficult to add weight and because of Mr Harish (Trainer) I got the best workout plan to fit my needs. He also makes it a point to make you feel extremely welcome. The gym is very good, has all equipments, and very good ambience. I am just working out in this gym . I am just a school student but our trainer trains me well and make me fit. Good training by our trainer(harish). For daily intake die chart is given i followed it for 1 week and worked out ,i seen difference in me. I lost 3kg. Its nice gym to weight loss and weight gain.
