I've been going to this gym for a while now, and I'm really comfortable here. The environment is friendly and motivating, the equipment is well-maintained, and the staff/trainers are supportive. They are approachable, knowledgeable, and always ready to guide with the right techniques and workout plan's. It feels like a great place to work out, and I always leave feeling better and more energetic. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good fitness space."

Spacious gym in Ganapathy with sufficient equipment for both cardio and strength training. The new facility is too good and gives a vibrant mood to start your day. Good music, bathrooms and shower room, ACs. My transformation of 40kgs happened over a course of 3 years. 4 trainers in total. Karthik, Dinesh, boopathy, kalai.. Trainers have good knowledge and able to plan precisely workout nd nutrition based on our goals.. Karthik is my trainer and he is good at pain management also. He made alterations to my nutrition which helped me to meet my protein goals and felt stronger. During my injury times he was not hesitant to talk to my trainer in chennai and worked along with physio to recover my injury faster. I had a ACL injury and couldn't walk properly for 5months but karthik planned my training so that I still lost 10kgs in that period. Now I'm able to participate in mini marathons and I don't have any pain in my knees.. the process will be slow but worth it. Also he checks on my workout everyday and make sure I'm on track by doing measurements every 10days. On the whole I'm satisfied about my fitness with this place and trainers. I'm stronger than ever before. Will keep you posted with my next transformation by July... Great gym but don't bargain for fitness or expect quick results.. Thanks karthik and Dinesh for helping me to achieve my fitness goals.

I've been a member of urban fit club for last 6 month and I'm absolutely loving it! The facilities are top-notch, clean, and well-maintained. The equipment is modern and diverse, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The group fitness classes are engaging and challenging, and the personal trainers are knowledgeable and supportive. The gym has a great atmosphere and a sense of community, making it a pleasure to work out here. I've seen significant improvements in my fitness level and overall well-being since joining. Highly recommend.

Joined in March 2024 on a yearly membership plan but decided to switch to another gym due to several issues, even though they recently moved to a larger space. Cons: * The gym has poor ventilation, making it feel exhausting within just 10 minutes of working out. There's no false ceiling or heat-resistant layer, just a plain steel roof, which will be unbearable in summer. * No ACs, despite promises that they would install them after relocating. * Lacks essential equipment like a cable crossover machine and smith machine, which are vital for any gym. ( even they don't have shoulder bars) * No restrooms (as of my last visit last month). * Floor and machine maintenance is very poor. Dropping weights sends up a cloud of dust, suggesting they don't vacuum regularly, I hope this should improve now after relocating. * The gym is not open 365 days a year; it closes on some government holidays (not just major ones like Diwali or Pongal). Pros: * The new space is spacious and well-lit. * The trainers, especially Karthik, are friendly and courteous.

Best qualified and knowledgeable trainers ...and there is most effective workouts. Apart from the workouts there is a great ambience of relaxation. Trainers are friendly and respectful ....Not only transformation in weight but gained much self confidence ....Give it a try for best experience

One of the best gym in the city. Professionally trained trainers providing best possible conditioning and motivation.I completely transformed my self into a new person in just six months. SOUND BODY IS SOUND SOUL. I fully achieved it in urban fit. Thank you guys :) Regards Harsha vardhan
