I've been training with logesh for the past 6 months , and I can confidently say he is one of the best fitness professionals I've worked with. He is incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and truly care about their clients' progress. Every session is well-planned, challenging, and tailored to my personal fitness goals. Thanks to his guidance, I've seen major improvements in my strength, stamina, and overall health. What I appreciate most is his consistency, discipline, and positive attitude - even on days I didn't feel like working out, they kept me going. Highly recommended for anyone serious about reaching their fitness goals!

Slam is hands down one of the best gyms I've ever been to! The facility is clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you need--whether it's free weights, machines, or functional training equipment. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to guide you with proper form and workout plans.

I have taken a 3 months package. So far my journey has been great. My trainer Vignesh has pushed me to do the last rep. He was friendly and motivating. Its a good ambience to improve health.

While the equipment, facilities, and general cleanliness of this gym are excellent there is a severe and persistent issue with verbal harassment among a group of long-time members that management must address immediately. I have witnessed, and have now been personally subjected to, highly inappropriate behavior. This creates an uncomfortable, hostile, and unsafe environment for many women in the gym. Recently, I was directly targeted by this group and subjected to verbal abuse, being deliberately called "transgender" in a derogatory manner. This is harassment, plain and simple, and it has no place in a professional facility. When attempting to identify the source of the comment among the group, there was a clear refusal to acknowledge the behavior, with everyone I spoke to claiming ignorance. This collective refusal to take responsibility highlights a toxic culture of enabling bad behavior that has been allowed to fester under the gym's watch

Kavin is an excellent gym trainer who truly cares about his clients' fitness goals. His workouts are well-structured, motivating, and effective. He pays attention to form and progress, ensuring steady improvement. Training with Kavin has been a great experience.

Trainers like Lokesh, Vignesh, and Krithika are very professional and knowledgeable. They motivate and guide really well, with well-structured workouts that are effective. They give personal attention, correct posture perfectly, and are very friendly and encouraging. Overall, a great experience training under them, highly recommended!

I am going to gym for 3 months back and the session was very good ,all regards to my trainer Kavin who has guided me throughout the whole time in gym and has patiently explained all the exercise to me as I was new to gym.

Gym or fish market ?? Extremely disappointed with this gym ..Poor response from gym authority since we complained more than like 10times no single response is been solved .. still they are taking more intake for new clients .. highly focused on money .. poor maintaining in Eqipments . No bike and car parking available at evening and morning times. Bikes and cars are been parked at road sides with no safety.. Poor maintenance In AC ,can find AC water leakage and gas leakage . Only plus point is trainers are very good and friendly .
