One of the best gym's that I have ever trained at. Trainer Kathir is really knowledgeable and ensures your desired goals are met. Also its worth mentioning that the gym is constantly being updated to make sure everything is up to the best gym standards. If anyone nearby is looking to join a gym, look no further as it cannot get better than this. This review is coming from someone who has trained at gyms in over three different countries and this has by far been my favourite. Looking forward to train here once I am back in India.

The coaching is very good here. The trainers are experienced enough. The ambience of the fitness centre is also great. Professional training equipments are available. They give importance to sports like cricket, football, atheletic and etc. Cross fitness is an added advantage here. But too costly.
