The gym is very spacious spread across two floors. The 3rd floor is very spacious with only cardio and lot of room for floor workouts. The second floor has all good equipment for strength training. It's very cleanly maintained. The trainers Manikandan and Sam whom I train with are very knowledgeable, patient and friendly guiding us in all workouts perfectly. Highly recommended. Edit: Recent days I'm training with Sunil and he is also equally good and humane.
