I had never been to a gym in my life, but after joining this one, I started noticing positive changes--both physically and mentally. The head coach, Mr. Ramesh, is incredibly kind-hearted and treats everyone with equal attention and respect. His guidance is phenomenal--truly top class. The way he trains and communicates is inspiring and highly motivating. The gym is also well-equipped, including CrossFit equipment. And not to forget--meet Ajin, the "kutti Ronnie Coleman." You'll be amazed by his training skills and dedication. To sum it up, this is the best gym in the area. You'll be in safe, supportive hands.
