First of all, I like the ambience of the Yoga Studio. Its covered with the glasses and you will have an amazing sky view! About the instructor, Dr.Jeyashree is calm and articulate. She explains the postures and the benefits. She understand our pace and gives the workout accordingly. The session has a flow - beginning with warm-ups, followed by seated/standing stretches, and ending with pranayama and a short meditation. We also do Suryanamaskar in between.
