I joined to do cardio, for weight loss. Gym has 7 thread mill and 2 elliptical, 2 or 3 cycling.. finding it so good to continue for the last 1 week, have good number of other equipments as well.. Moderate pricing.. good gym, hope, I continue for full 3 months that I paid for.. it is worth to join.. By the way, I am not using any help from trainers, so no comments there for now.. they do look helpful, so should not be a concern..
Has most of the required equipment; I opted for personal training and it has been great; Only negative is there's no AC, so summer months could get a little difficult Overall, very good value for money
