You explain your objective whether it is a weight loss, planning to run marathons or want to do endurance cycling he can customize the workouts based on each individual goals and target specific muscles. He can easily finds out and corrects our posture. Work out sessions are always fun filled and you don't feel bored, you find all age groups of people from novice to elite level.
I have been training just since a week now. I didn't know what type of exercises would be planned for my age of 60+, with a tight lower back problems. My need was for a strong core, so that i could fulfill my trek dreams. My first day was to walk a little and a small casual jog for 50 mtrs.i was surprised when my coach showed me the video after explaining my wrong running technique, which i have not known in about 3 years of jogging. Another camera shot showed me my poor standing posture, which the coach identified before shooting to show me the pose. These two are instances of the fault rectifications he helps me through, which no one has identified for me so far. I just mean to say that he is sharp to notice every problem and quietly corrects it, which is exactly what i want. I am confident that i will achieve my trekking dreams and fitness goals, with my perseverance and the coach's watchful guidance. I like his gentle smile to keep me confidently go on. If you are sincere about your core fitness, have any sports goals and need guidance, then you must talk to him. I talked to him after two years of planning my own workouts, scheduling at home with YouTube videos lists, but did nothing. Simple point, don't waste time. Meet the coach, set goals, start off.
