Sub 60 is not a place were you see alot of Gym equipment, however what is there will make you burn your extra fats. Well educated trainer who know their stuff. Trainer will guide you with what to do and what not to do. Any age group can come and tone your body with there expert advice. Best place for beginner and sportsperson. Usually normal gyms won't provide proper training . Here the trainers have more knowledge on physical training and help you reach your personal goals without injuries
