Hello I had previledge of learning yoga under the guidance of Guru Kiran Kanth and the experience was really healing both physically and mentally. Kiran Masters approach is very different from other yoga masters.. I had chronic pain in my knee And had stress ,emotional tension , his method of teaching helped me to bring pain relief and balance. He taught me gentle Asanas mindful breathing exercise and relaxation techniques. Guru Kiran Kanth is incredibly knowledgeable person and always ensures that every yogic pose is done correctly and safely.He is honest person and can say A man without desire for money.. When I was suffering with knee pain he took time to understand my individual challanges and made me to practices that addressed my specific needs. Am truly grateful for his wisdom and dedication towards his valuable profession.. He is friendly and kind person and always cracking jokes and teaches yoga without pain.. Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve flexibility, strength and find peace of mind can join his yoga class.
