Amazing gym with all the equipments, perfect ambience with clean and hygiene. Very safe and comfortable environment for females. The owner and trainers here are incredibly friendly and extremely helpful, they understand your goals develop a comprehensive plan, individualized workout and lifestyle changes and holds you accountable to yourself. they know how to push you to the limits on the best possible way with your workouts .I highly recommend checking the gym out ,amazing experience....

The ambiance is very nice and the trainers keep a track on our daily routine . Also they don't motivate lazy things inside the gym so that all fitness freaks work hard. The price may be a bit higher but it's worth it. The gym is overcrowded on some days and you might feel it is difficult to get appropriate dumbbells for workout. The interior has changed recently to a new theme. First priority place for GYM lovers

The weight loss program I've been through in this gym is remarkable, almost 15 kgs in 6 months. No miracle, no fake promises,no pressure....the trainer made it happen at the right pace, in right way with proper guidance, constant support & expertise. Well equipped, good facilities, good maintainance.. Such service comes with staff who care and put their heart into what they do. Best gym by far in this area. Hope it continues to thrive.
