The overall experience with the gym was fantastic, the person all sitting over the reception Mr. Keshav, Mr. Shaik and Mr. Basha are overall helpful and the trainers are specially trained to give guidance to the clients in the gym. Special thanks to Mr. Thanthoni and Mr. Saravanavel trainer for guiding me to lead me to a good fitness journey and made me to come regularly for the fitness goal in daily consistency schedule.
The Lounge Experience was also very good, providing good facilities to the clients like me.

The equipment is modern and well-maintained. There's a good variety of machines for both cardio and strength training, and I rarely have to wait during peak hours. Most of the machines work smoothly,

The place is spacious and all the equipments are in pretty new condition. Never had to wait for our turn. I am training with Mr.Sathish, he keenly observes and keep correcting us to ensure we get the full benefit of the exercise. Once you join, you get 3 days of Orientation where they assess your body strength and recommend excercise accordingly. The restrooms is very clean and you have enough lockers to keep your stuffs.
Front office staffs are friendly and welcoming, just an hi bye on each day basis was a good feeling to step out of the gym. Mr. Basha specifically has a great smile and good man.
