The worst gym ever I have seen . They don't consider about client safety , they only focus on new admissions and getting money . Such a money minded administration. Even if they are earning lots of money from clients but they don't improve the gym and don't even look at repaired machine . Lack of gym equipment and Ac not working properly . I have so many times raised a complaint in the front office about repaired machine equipment almost 7 months completed they don't even care about this . Please guys before entering this gym kindly go and check some near by good ones . Worst slam

Joined before 3 months as a newbie completely to the gym world. Lost around 7.5kg with the help Saravanan through 1 month PT. This place feels huge compared to other gym, and has awesome friendly trainer with great environment.

I've been a member of Slam Gym, Chennai for over three years. While the gym is well-equipped, it consistently fails to maintain basic hygiene standards. There is absolutely no enforcement of towel usage during workouts. This results in sweaty equipment being left uncleaned, making it uncomfortable and unhygienic for the next user. Requesting fellow members to clean up after themselves has often led to unpleasant and even confrontational experiences--some blatantly admit they don't use towels at all. For a premium gym, such oversight in hygiene is unacceptable. Slam Gym seriously needs to step up in cleanliness enforcement.

I've been working out in this gym for a past 1 year. I would say, the equipment and amenities are well maintained and trainer were so amicable, especially trainer sarvanan who has helped us to train ourselves

A good gym with nice and attentive trainers and coach. Equipments are maintained at good condition. Steam sauna facility is one of the good thing in this gym and much recommended gym for Beginner and Intermediate workout people.
