Shape Up

I've been going to Shape Up Gym for a couple of years now, and it's been great. The barbells are some of the best I've seen and equipment are pretty good as well. I don't think I've seen 5-6 different machines just for targeting chest anywhere else( helps during peak hours trust me). Love their squat rack and hack squat machine. The staff are pretty friendly and helpful as well. I've met a lot of people in this gym throughout these years and I've learnt a lot through them which is why it's perfect for anyone starting their fitness journey. A great place to work out in Chennai!

Hands down the best gym in the area and it's worth what you're paying for guys. At first I wasn't too sure but once i saw the place it's a pretty big gym. Like the equipment's that they have there compact and you targets each and every muscle of the body. 800rs for the month is a super deal and definitely happy with the place. Do check this place out

I've been going to Shape Up Gym in Choolaimedu for a while now, and I must say it's been a fantastic experience! The gym is always spotlessly clean, which makes working out here a pleasure. The equipment is well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is very welcoming. A big shoutout to Rahil , the instructor, who has been incredibly helpful. He's knowledgeable, approachable, and always makes sure you're on track with your fitness goals. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned gym-goer, Rahil's guidance makes all the difference.
