I have joined Sankara yoga 5 months back. for my Joint pain due to RA Fact. It's a very good atmosphere to do yoga and naturopathy treatments. Thanks to Mr.& Mrs.Perumal sir, Dr.Bhagayalakshmi Mam and Mr.Ramachandran Sir. They teach very well and they train from basic including diet chart. Timing also more convenient to go regularly. My RA Fact which was 32 in blood test before joining now it has reduced to 14. Before joining i was anemic and felt tired always now i feel comfort in my regular activities. If you are looking for a yoga class to start from basics just go ahead. It will change your normal routine to a healthy one.

Came to know about Shankara Yoga off late through our family friend. My family member was suffering from PCOD for years and not made any progress with Allopathic medicines for several years. After joining yoga, master guided few specific poses and as a result it got cured within 3 months and got pregnancy. Master is very humble and approachable who can b understand our issues and gives precise solutions which solves our chronic problems in few weeks or months. Entire lifestyle got changed and getting better everyday with master's guidance!

Initially I was shy putting up my experience and later realise that my experience could help and benefit atleast 20 odd people hence I am sharing this at here . My name is Shinoj and I am working in IT industry. I play cricket regularly felt healthy and honestly I did not encounter any health issue . Since I am nearing 40's , I wanted to check my inner health conditions and took all test by end Oct 2021 . I was shocked with the testing result and it shows everything at higher side . Particularly my total cholesterol level was 239.5 and 3 months average sugar was 180 . Hba1C was also at poor control with 7.9. Most worried part was my creative rate has reached 1.11 which is almost border and I had protein leakage in Urine which was spotted as 95.9 which is huge . I was literally worried about the result and I did not met the doctor as I know the doctors can only control my diseases and cuteness would be on toss. I had prior experience visiting Sankara Yoga 2years back for Gastric problem which I struggled for almost 1 year and master had cured the same in just 2 months time . So my plan was to follow Master suggestion for atleast 2-3 months and then latter I thought of going for alopathy if Nothing works . It was simply Yoga , rejuvenation bath and food control which was recommended by master and he gave confident that he can solve all these issues in 3 months time . It is true that giving confident will cure the diseases of about 50% and you will realise this when you meet master . But it is not so easy to follow particularly the food control because master did not allowed me to eat white rice , white sugar , white salt , non veg and his recommendation was just fruits , vegetables and few occasions he suggested to eat Saama rice . I was about 81 kg when I start the treatment and you won't believe that I reduced 11 kg in just 30 days . For the first 1 week , I struggled lot without proper intake however did not give up at any stage . I continued all treatments suggested by master and he wanted to follow this for atleast 3 months . But I go for another testing in 45 days just to see whether I get any improvement . I took all the test again on 8th Dec 2021 and honestly my legs were not in the floor . It was completely magic and there is not even a single findings in my recent test . My cholesterol was at desirable level of 170 . Sugar has came down to 107 and hba1C was at good control at 6.8 Most importantly my creatine is perfectly alright with 0.9 and the protein leakage in the Urine was 0.08 from 95.9 when compared to my earlier result . I would simply say that this is magical moments and my family was so happy now . I should Thank master for his wonderful service and May god bless him with all happiness and prosperity in his life . In nutshell , there is a solution for every disease and it matters how you approach and overcome from it . Most importantly if you have patience and WIL power to follow the masters instruction , this works perfectly . Stay safe and healthy !

Have rejoined after 2 years and I had put on lot of weight in this corona period . Now within 2 months i successfully reduced 6 kilos and inow i am feeling good . And hoping to continue for a longer period now . As it benefits my mind and body .
