I've been frequenting Roque gym for 6 months now. I was introduced to my trainer, Mr Arun during my 3-day trainer trial session. One can get better and achieve their personal goals under his expertise. He is extremely knowledgeable of what he does and he makes the experience a whole lot better. He motivates you to push your limits and surprise yourself at every opportunity. You can shut off from your everyday work and simply trust that he'll have your session personally curated for you.The gym has a great vibe to it. The gym is easily accessible as it's on the main road and is one of the safest gym for women in Nungambakkam. The gym is well lit with clean equipments and restrooms. The personal training was worth it! Ask for it and you won't be disappointed. Thank me later.

Roque Gym is amazing! The equipment is top-notch, the atmosphere is motivating, and the hygiene is excellent. A big shoutout to my trainer SARAVANAN, who is super knowledgeable and always pushes me to do my best. Highly recommend this place for anyone serious about fitness!

I joined this gym before one month. My coach is Mr.Saravanan and the journey is amazing. Usually in other gyms only the first three days the trainer will be there with you. But here my coach is friendly and helps me out in almost all workouts and pushes me to reach new limits. Saravana has versatile knowledge on muscle and core strength and guides one in the best way. Its my first experience coming to a gym. When I joined at the month of June I was 70kg. I wasn't confident at all and was very conscious at all. Then constantly coming to gym made me an addiction to it as well as happy about it. Also only with the help of trainers especially Arun & Saravanan helped me a loott for my fat lose journey. Now in this month of November i am 60kg which made me very happy and confident in myself to wear my fav dresses. Its not only the vibe in the gym but also the good friendship I have with them made me more happy to come constantly, actually it is a therapy for me. I would recommend all the women's out there to join here.

Well equipped Gym and affordable packages for beginners. Mr Saravanan was very helpful and guided us properly ... parking with four wheeler is an issue in evening times!

Bad experience they gave me fake commitment before joining they said 14k per year without tax and when I went on first day to join they said you have to pay18k per year. I asked them why you have not informed me when I visited the gym for first time they lathogicaly replied me stating month end is over this new tarif for the new month. My concern is they have not told me anything during my first visit when I plan to join on the first day they replied me with this.

I had a fantastic experience during the morning session at Roque Fitness . The trainer was particularly helpful, making it an excellent choice for women's seeking assistance in reaching their fitness goals. The support provided during the session contributed positively to overall gym experience.Definitely worth the money the quality of training and the supportive environment make it valuable investment in my fitness journey!!
