Amazing gym in Mugalivakkam , ambience is good . They clean every place on daily basis . Masters are very helpful in training . Good changes in a month . Personal training is top notch. Trainers Xavier and Selva go beyond and customise our training based on our needs.

I've been working out here for the past 4 months, and it's honestly been a great experience. The gym has equipments that i need. The setup is smooth and never feels chaotic. What really stands out for me is the trainers. They're not just qualified -- they actually pay attention. Even if you don't ask, they'll correct your form or guide you when something's off. That kind of support really helps. And unlike a lot of other places, there's no pressure to sign up for personal training. They'll explain the benefits, understand your goals, and then leave the decision to you -- which I really respect. The gym space itself is clean, spacious, and feels well taken care of. Even the restrooms are neat (which says a lot!). Equipment is all in good condition, and the vibe here is always positive and motivating. Plenty of parking for both bikes and cars -- super convenient. If you're looking for a gym that's professional but still friendly and down-to-earth, I'd definitely recommend giving this one a try.

It is a very nice gym with vey good facilities. The trainers are very friendly and polite. They guide in a very good way.

the staff is friendly and knowledgeable especially Vignesh VJ, and there are a variety of classes and personal training options avaiable.This gym is absolutely amazing! The facilities are top-notch with a wide range of equipment. The staff is incredibly friendly and supportive, making every workout enjoyable. I am writing this review to share my individual and personal experience with management. Being a defence officer they treated me very badly with vulgar language and disrespectful manner.My opinion is personal and ofcourse being having freedom of speech and expression I am saying the way I was treated. All this was done to me being client for last 8 months just on my request of getting a BMI of my colleague.

They have a complex price plan, no matter how you choose, they gain, you get cheated, more over the staff don't care for the customers they only care about the owner/ gym/& salary, they turn off the A/C, during workouts if the crowd is low. I stopped after 2 months. I'm sure they won't even recollect any of their customers, they only see your money.
