For past four month i am going to this gym starting my weight was 54.5kg my aim is to reach 65 to 68kg for four month i am working hard in four month i have reached 60kg i have completed my half goal remaining i will achieve and the gym was neat and with all equipment for all the muscle they have machine and main thing is master was very friendly type and he can guide about the diet and also the exercise he can clarify all the doubts and also gym has restroom facilities and they have supplements whey proteins also. In starting i have no confident about weight gain after four month i have gained 60kg now i was very interested to go to gym and now it was one of my favourite place also and also cost wise reasonable for all i am also one of the member of profit health studio
