Hi, I am Arun Karthik. Planet 1 Fitness Studio is a perfect gym in Korattur to establish your fitness journey. The gym me in developing and maintaining my fitness. Guided by the trainer of the gym Mr. Akash Guru, who is a perfect motivator and spokesperson of positivity. I had subscribed for personal training by Mr. Akash Guru, who would help, motivate and guide me personally, towards the goal. He's friendly and jovial to approach if you have any queries regarding workouts. The gym conducts HIIT workouts, every Saturday to enhance core stability. These sessions are perfect to be part of social activity and meet new people , form new community. This place motivated me to add working out as a habit for me.

I trained at this gym during my recent trip to Chennai. As a powerlifting enthusiast, this place was perfect for me. It has a proper squat rack (its not a power rack though) in the terrace area & a turfed area where you can deadlift & also do sled push/pulls. The main gym area has a proper bench as well as other machines that you would usually find in a commercial gym. Akash was very friendly & welcoming and made me feel at home instantly. The pricing was also pretty nominal compared to other gyms that I have trained in the past. One quick suggestion to the management- the gym would be even better if they installed a proper deadlift platform. Would definitely train here again during my next trip!

I recently join this Gym . I feel far more better & i have gained more strengh than before & confidence in myself I Recently took Personal Training With Mr.AkashGuru I was not able to carry even 2Kgs Dumbells Now i can carry upto 5Kgs. Thanks to My Coach Mr.Akashguru.... He trains me very well and good faculty And very friendly & he lots positive vibe. He keeps motivating me a lot. In Future days i will improve changes in my body shape and strength defnetly . Thanks again my Coach AkashGuru sir. All Equipments are in good condition and well maintained . Gym ambiance very nice and neat

The plan schemes are very good and the space of gym is very nice.
