The people are friendly, especially the trainer@Arsha,@Rasika@Sudha they motivated to do hard workouts. Unlike other gyms, they provide daily activities such as yoga, stepper classes twice a week, and Zumba -- all of which are helping me see results faster and bring a real change now in my fitness journey. I've already noticed a positive transformation in my weight loss. I also want to give a special mention to the dietitian, @Kamali, who shared valuable tips that really helped me.
