Nakshatra yoga class

I highly recommend this Nakshatra Yoga class! Saranya, the instructor, is exceptionally kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. The class has a great balance of asanas, meditation, and warm-up exercises, all of which are infused with positive energy. The warm-up exercises between asanas are particularly uplifting. Madam is very kind. Approachable. Reasonable fee . I was very weak after my second child delivery. Practicing yoga for the past 4 months in this yoga center, I am able to see good results in my health condition. Thanks to saranya mam

My daughter is attending this class for almost 2yrs. Very good training for kids and ladies. I was able to see visible results in myself in just few months. She gives good warmup exercises in between asanas that helps in our overall body weight reduction. Would highly recommend.
