Nice gym with a good cardio setup! This is honestly one of the best places I've worked out at. I've learned a lot more here than in any other gym. Sathish, the trainer and owner, is super friendly and calm. He mixes up the workouts with different techniques and always keeps you motivated. Really supportive and encouraging--definitely recommend this place!

Why I joined gym? Health issues where doctor said reducing weight is the only solution. How much did I weigh when I joined? 100-99 KG Why this gym? Not a chain of gym, one owner, who is the trainer and the coach and for the monthly PT, he stays with me and trains everyday. This was the selling point. Additionally, o got online classes for the dates I had to travel. So I was always having a company! When did I join? 8th January 2025, weight 100-99 KG What's my stats now? 2nd of September with 89 KG, and my body BMI, Fat, V-Fat all stats came to the right spot as promised by my coach Sathish Kumar. If you have some fitness goals and have the motivation to get into schedule. This is the spot. Right training, perfect meal plan, and a friendly atmosphere.
