Worst gym. Though the equipment are good and of the latest models, the trainers are worse. The morning ones are real bad. Been there for a month and couldn't find one regular instructor. Most of the time the instructors were absent. I think this gym is for guys who know what and how to do. If you are a beginner, better to check out gyms that has a good coach and a good plan. Man, got sick and tired of complaining and no action taken.

The facilities here are top-notch.The equipment is modern, well-maintained, .One aspect that truly stood out was the dedication and expertise of the trainers especially Issac , who has been very friendly and helpful from my 1st day.They corrected my form, and offered valuable advice on optimizing my workouts. Their support and motivation were instrumental in keeping me motivated throughout my sessions.
Overall, my experience at this gym was exceptional.

I went there for two months before I had to move, the gym is neat, they have really good equipments, flexible timing depending on whether you come in the morning or evening and all the gym trainers are very sweet and friendly. I personally liked Shiva very much. He was very involved in how I worked out and what was best for me which really made me comfortable.
