Well trained and friendly coach and one can achieve their fitness goals with his help. Very well maintained and hygiene is top notch. The customised workout and diet plan which helped me immensely, achieve great results.

Nice place for workout. Better you should know what to be done at gym. Don't simply uses weights. Just do the following: 1. Be hydrated (drink three glasses of water) 2. Do stretches or warm up (all the body joints must be relaxed) 3. Start doing stamina related work outs, don't simply use weights.
