Life Fitness Studio is one of the finest gym in Mogappair.I m very much fulfilled,comfortable with the gym. Woman can feel more safety and protected here. With the help of Trainer Praveen i have Shredded 24kgs in 8months, his customized workout schedule helped me though. All the other trainers are too pleasant, skilled and outstanding. They have mordernized machines in weight training as well as in cardio with ample space . Coming to cleanliness,I was impressed by the hygienic environment,which was the major reason I joined and they still maintain the same. I joined this gym during my summer vacation for a month this year and had an outstanding experience. Highly recommend this gym as the ambience and the friendliness of all the trainers is extremely professional. They also have group classes and special kudos to Mr. Sudarshan who guided us really well for a cross fit group class that I participated in. It's the best gym you can get around the area if you're look in to enrol somewhere to have real results, guidance from trainers and a safe environment to workout especially for women. The equipments are also really good and you have everything you'd need. Special thanks as well to dietician and receptionist Divya for being available and helpful in getting the best experience out of this very short period of time that I had.

His advice is practical, and he really pushes me in the right way without making it overwhelming. Ever since I joined, I've been feeling more confident, energetic, and motivated to keep going. This is my very first gym experience, and I've been training here for 1.5 years now. I recently completed another 1.5 years, and I can confidently say the journey has been amazing. The gym has a motivating environment with good facilities, but what really makes the difference is my trainer, Sudharsan. He has been extremely supportive, knowledgeable, and patient in guiding me throughout. From the basics to progressive workouts, he has always made sure I train the right way and stay consistent. I've seen real improvements not only in fitness but also in discipline and confidence.

I've been training at this gym for a while now and all I can say its a great experience overall. Well maintained equipment and a clean space. The trainers can be approached at any time and their Professionalism and dedication is clearly seen in how they handle their clients. The gym is regularly sanitized and hygiene is maintained throughout. I've been training under JK ( Jaykumar) and the results are clealy visible as days progress. His attention to detail is immaculate and I would recommend anyone looking for a supportive environment to seek him. He approaches every session with a clear structure and patience. I would recommend anyone looking forward to starting their Fitness journey to enroll into life fitness as soon as possible

I am working out in LFS for last 5 years. There are many gyms in Mogappair east and west but this one located in the main with a decent parking area. Gym facilities, atmosphere, and ambience are good, this gym has all type of machines where we don't worry about or look for optional variations. Trainers are good and experienced ones, a good quality in this LFS is neither management nor trainers won't bombard/push for PT, it depends on client's own interests. To be specific and from my personal experience, I strongly recommend Bala trainer as your priority well knowledgeable and guide you in a correct path. This is out and out from my personal experience not to harm other trainers.
