Well equipped gym with good maintenance. Gym membership is very affordable and timings are very flexible. Morning timings: 5.00AM to 11 PM. Located opposite Theresa School, Pallavaram. Highly recommended.

Don't trust this reviews here as most of them are work in this gym, They treat you like a school children here and tell you not to wear sleeveless tshirts, don't drop weights too hard, don't make any noises and all that. Vinoth is an irritating fellow he treats everyone badly. Never ever go to this gym.

Really a super gym for body building they cost very low rate , Good trainers, Good equipments...All facilities... Friendly masters...Very low price when compared to other gym..They Charge 500 for the first month (400+100) Reg fee, there after 400 for weight lifting and 1000 for Cardio...They also provide personal trainer for Rs.3000 per month..Good maintenance and most affordable gym in this surroundings
