Impact Gym has a solid setup with good equipment and a motivating atmosphere. The trainers are supportive, though they tend to give more attention to personal training clients. Well-maintained, and worth the membership if you're serious about fitness.

Been coming here for a while. Trainers are friendly and know what they're doing. I've tried other gyms before but always felt lost here they guide you properly and don't give fake promises. Already seeing results slowly but steadily. Worth it.

My first gym experience being a wheelchair user. Very challenging exercise but with motivation of the Gym trainer and supportive training can able to perform with consistency. Trainer and staffs are so friendly, provide suggestions to stay fit.

Well maintained and decent environment to spend some time to sweat!

I would like to share my 4 weeks of experience in impact fitness gym - such a great gym and amazing place to workout. The trainers/instructors are really awesome and helpful, they make you feel really comfortable. Well equipped! Would Highly recommended!!

I visited this gym to take a look before joining and the only thing that's stopping me is that they only have 25kg dumbbells as max weights. If they can add dumbbells till 40kg I'd give this gym a second chance. 2 stars for the other equipment as proper maintenance needs to be done on the cushion pads as most of them look worn out (Then again I've trained in hardcore gyms before and I don't mind but other may feel uncomfortable) if this is fixed me and my wife would both join as this gym is just 5 minutes away from my place.
