The Master is the Owner of the Gym and takes care.
They have good gym equipments.
Workout is Really Enjoyable. It's Fun to workout with Master & Trainers. Another Good thing is weekend Activities like Road Run, Cycling etc,.... I am so Happy with weekend Day's & Saturday is wonderful Day.

Joined the gym this year and is one of the best fitness centers at chennai . Diligence of staff, keen focus on cleanliness and above all best measures for disinfecting the space are the best features here. I personally am very happy with the personal trainers here. Special mention to 'Mr.Saravanan who have been training me for a while now. He is extremely smart at catching blind spots and put special attention to it. Superb keep rocking

Wonderful place for people whose main goal is losing weight. The trainer is an expert in weight loss activities. Weight loss is guaranteed if you go to gym regularly and follow the trainers instructions.
There are many successful people who had lost weight in double digits within 3 months.
The master is the owner of the gym and takes care of it passionately.
They have good gym equipments and do regular modifications and additions as required.
Body toning and weight gain is something where more than workouts our diet discipline is crucial.
There are extremely low examples to substantiate a good muscle training unlike weight loss training. So avoid if you want to build mascular body. Only good for weight loss training.
Only one AC generally works all the time. So may fell suffocating inside.
Timings of the gym is 5 am to 9.30 pm except on weekends. In Saturday the timing changes as they conduct outdoor activities. On Sunday it's 7 to 11 am.
Charges are higher than the industry standards.
3.5 star for weight loss training.
2 star for food diet and supplements support.
2 star for weight gaining , body toning, shaping etc.
