Even as a beginner, I never felt out of place. The environment & trainers are friendly, and filled with a sense of community that makes workouts enjoyable rather than tiring. It's also a safe and supportive space for women. Like many women, my priorities often revolved around work, family, and household needs - until I found Glossy Gym. I was always hesitant to take the first step, wondering if I could balance everything and whether I would be able to stay consistent. But the community spirit here gave me the motivation and confidence I needed to keep going. Seeing visible results and receiving compliments on appearance turning fit has been the cherry on top. From someone hesitant to even take the first step, I've turned into someone who enjoys every moment here. I never imagined I'd look forward to going to the gym, but now I do ! I joined glossy bcoz of my pcod issues but after joining within one month I reversed my pcod and I lost 12 kgs gradually in one year without any diet. Trainers were so friendly.Maniselvi one of the trainer in glossy helped me a lot while I'm struggling with workouts. I enjoyed a lot in this gym.

The atmosphere is so welcoming and supportive. The trainers are knowledgeable and always motivate me to push myself. The variety of classes they offer keeps my workouts fun and interesting. Plus, the facilities are clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend Girls Gym to anyone looking for a great place to work out!

Family friendly gym , I have lost 5kg in 1month Good service with friendly staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional and Great place to workout with flexible timings. The trainer makes you feel confident while pushing you to do more each session. Highly recommended

Most of the time gym will be closed either for maintenance purpose or for No proper trainer. Waste of money. I paid for 6 months membership and all day gym closed in the afternoon.

Hi Folks, I would really wanna say a massive thanks to Glossy Gym Staffs. They do a tremendously Fabulous job!. I opted for Aerobics and Cardio and reduced a whooping 11 kilos combined with diet in 3 months. I'm very happy with the result. All credit goes to Poonguzhali mam & Mani Akka. They encourage me in all ways possible and patiently repeat any workouts for me to replicate. The place is clean and they maintain Hygienic water. I personally enjoy Aerobics! Not only do I see a change physically but also mentally I feel relaxed. Happy weight loss journey .!!

Glossy as the name says it will exactly makes you glossy and bright ,don't just think it's just a work out place it's a place we're you can have your mind and body peacefully and dedicated only to yourself. Dedicated trainer who always Encourage and motivate you.. Excellent place, good ambience ,budget Friendly gym where you can never get anywhere. Care for helps to increase women power through fitness. I lost 7 kilos in 3 months. I opted for glossy package that includes aerobics, card and machines. The staffs pooguzhali mam and mani mam are very friendly and kind enough to teach the workouts whenever required. I'm totally happy with the weight loss results. I've got great inch loss as well.
