I would also like to thank trainer Ramesh from same gym...... Ramesh is a very dedicative and very good trainer...... I have also worked out in US for 6 months..... comparing with that I have had the best experience in fitness paradise..... the main reason for this is Mr Mahadevan and Mr Ramesh.....
