A special thanks to the trainer Mr.Keshav who has helped a lot in my transformation. He provides a good diet chart along with great training and cross fit, which helped me to achieve the weight goals in a short time. I lost 4kg in 2 months in a natural way. Also, my core strength has increased. I would definitely recommend Fitness One to everyone.

Fitness One is a well equipped & cleanliness is always maintained in Gym. All trainers here are passionate, professional and very friendly. A special thanks to Mr. Keshave for my transformation, he is expert in cross fit. His support helped me to get a great results in 60 Days, which I never thought was possible. I have noticed the change in my strength level too. Working out under his expert guidance has been tremendously positive and result oriented.

Good place to go for all kinds of fitness goals. My overall fitness has improved so much. They have good and Professional Trainers like Keeth, John, & Ganesh these trainers gives superb training and support. I had shoulder pain from a month and trainer John guided me to do few stretches and workout with resistance tube from last 10days almost, not only my pain is reduced but it has strength tend my shoulders. Thanks to him that I am able to my further workouts. Good gym with good trainers.

Fitness had given me a good experience. Where i realized the importance of fitness and a regular practice of it would definitely leads to a positive result. My training was completely held by Mr.John who was so supportive, encouraging, motivating, innovative and fun filled person. Despite of my age I still feel so active during my workout is completely because of him. I would definitely recommend him to any hard task relating to fitness. A injury free workout and a satisfied weight loss was the result of my training under Mr.John

I have personally felt very comfortable in this gym, with the trainers and other staffs. Gym consist of 3 floors (cardio, weights and cross fit each floor) at a very nominal/affordable rate. My trainer Mr. Arun guides me with proper training and motivation. The followup of the staffs when we miss gym with gaps is highly appreciable. This gym is located in the art of city, with good parking facilities which most of the gym does not have. I highly recommend it.

Trainer Balaji personal training is very satisfactory . He is physo cum weight trainer so he have Crafted training very safe and effective.

Fitness one is probably one of the best gyms in Chennai. Personally I've had a very average experience with gyms earlier but fitness one has changed that perspective for me. I'd like to mention my trainer here, Mr. Vikram who helped me achieve better results and kept me challenged as well as motivated at the same time with his workout schedule for me. That's one of the main reasons my whole idea of gyms has changed. Apart from running a well equipped gym, fitness one also has friendly trainers who are always right around the corner to help their clients. Good job Fitness one, keep it going.

I joined Fitness One about a month ago. Personally I've had a very amazing experience with the gym and trainers, the workout space is very big and very hygiene. I have personally seen some amazing results just over 3 weeks of workout with my personal trainer Mr. Purushoth. There are good handful of experts at this gym who put you on the track towards fitness health, staring from the Dietitian, physician and personal trainer. I will recommend this gym for all who would want to fit and healthy.
