Very polite trainer Mr. Mani sekar is good trainer and have adequate knowledge on training for the begineers

Good gym but too expensive

The Gym is Ok. Before the renovation,ie 2019 November it was manageable. But now it is very tough especially there is no hard floor to lift weight and do weighted exercises. The place is too conjusted now. The place for women is full of old equipment full dust and not clean at all. The washroom is very dirty always and no water for flush. Had informed earlier as well to set the washroom but the owner lady did not do it. This gym is OK and average for beginners. No motivation no good music. If you really want to transform yourself then you must find an alternate. They closed the gym for 2 weeks at the time of Ayudha puja stating they are renovating. But when we asked the same days to be compensated they said only one week can be given. They should not have put monkey bar at all while renovating as there is no place at all.

One of the worst Gym.. please Don't join here..trainer Mani is the worst. He never teaches work out always using mobile chatting with friends..I really regret for joining this Gym..fees Very high but no good trainer.. Owner of the gym please change the trainer..

its very professional gym and definitely high on budget,you can join there if u want to get in shape and it's a good place to workout with a good vibe

Good ambience with lot of equipments also very hygienic. The gym trainer , Nagarajan is a professional who guides and motivates us to workout and follow a healthy diet.

Price is reasonable and trainers are good and knowledgeable. It is one of the best gyms in the locality. I like the new look of the gym after the renovation. Gym machines are imported and in good condition. Worth it.
