A decent and quiet gym! It's pretty small but has all the basic and necessary equipments! Typically less crowded than the usual gyms in the locality! Friendly staffs. Mr.Densingh the fitness coach does a great job! I took a hiatus and during that time I learnt that the coach has left the gym. The gym pricing is a little premium for the condition of the equipments but you can get a very good offer with annual and half yearly packs !
There is ample space to park two wheelers but you simply cannot park a 4wheeler any where near the gym!

This place is very nearly maintained and a decent gym with less distraction. Most of the equipments are available. The trainers will help us with exercise timetable for all 5 days in a week.Every Saturday there is a group session as well that includes different types of training. Overall it's a great place.

It's been a month since I joined the gym, and I can see my results, our trainer Mr. Prakash, is one of the most dedicated, strict and the best coach, one could ever get. The gym is located in the second floor, aerated and spacious. The trainers are fully vaccinated which is one of the most important things right now. Thanks to my trainer for keeping me motivated!
