The ambience of the gym is cool and relaxing. The machines are well advanced and easy to use from beginners to intermediate. It also has some additional features which makes it more interesting. It has separate space with a grass mat finish for the sole purpose of CrossFit,warmup and stretching. It is also fully air-conditioned with a fall ceiling. It also has some cool equipment like skipping rope, semi sphere ball, bamboo stick, stretch bands, punching bag, empty tyre with hammer, rope, pushup stand, few mats, jumping bags. It also has various cardio machines like Air rower, bicycle, air bike, standing pedal, treadmill, machine staircase and more. It also has manual rods of different lengths for multiple purposes. There are also 2 sets of pairs of dumbbells ranging from 2.5 kg to 50 kg. There is also a washroom, dress changing room and a steam room separate for both men and women. It is available with the locker facility to store the bag and also plug points to charge your phones. In measures i would rate this gym a 3.5/5. Because the pricing for the membership is much higher compared to his features. Otherwise it is a good gym for both men and women.
