This gym is amazing. Amazing facility, good equipment and great environment. Good service with friendly staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone. I especially recommend here their personal training program conducted by Mr. Naveendran. which is very affordable and you will get a personal trainer for you, who will push you to your limits and and help you to get your dream body early.

For beginners it's a wonderful place to transform yourself, he(master) will motivate you to grow to the next level of an amazing person. Well maintained gym in oil mill road,i always loved the response from Navin(master).he will respond to your questions calmly ,clearly and teaches you as many times...he keeps on eye on your diet... Trainer - Friendly, genuinely cares if one is dedicated, knowledgeable . Equipments - There are all the equipments needed to build a great physique. They might not be in the best condition but they get the job done . Atmosphere - Friendly people who teach and support if needed.

Here I joined for a weight loss. Master Naveen guiding well with good schedule. Every day I can feel the changes happening in myself. It's a unisex gym ladies also coming in more no to do their fitness workouts. Good ambience with supporting people. Special green mat area for cardio exercise.
