Equinox is an excellent unisex gym. The owner Prakash master is very knowing the industry and well known person for personal training for the professional body builders and normal person. Prakash is master in training either you reduce your weight or want to increase the weight/ do body building. The gym is well equipped with all the modern machines that too hydraulic which is very easy to learn / handle for the beginners. The trainer Sakthi is very good trainer and stick in the same gym for a very long time.
