Elite fitness & fight club palavakkam

I joined this boxing club about one and a half months ago, and I can see great results. The training sessions are really effective -- I've become fitter and stronger. The coaches are very supportive and guide us well in every class. It's not just about physical fitness; this place also helps you build mental strength and confidence. A great place to grow both body and mind!

Am a member of this club , being honest this club is totally different not sure with others but i personally feel this is something really different and completely so worthy. Their training along with the rest gives so much positivity and superb training experience. If you want full stamina, endurance ,athletic body shape and conditioning it's the best thing to join such an amazing place. From the moment you walk into Flight Club, the energy is different. The atmosphere is electric, the trainers are top-notch, and the workouts are genuinely addictive. Whether you're into functional training, boxing, strength, or cardio, every session is designed to push your limits in the best way possible.

I have been working out here for a month now and its been an great experience. They have professional boxers who can train you. Especially Vicky and Arjun are friendly and knowledgeable in their field, they always motivate and push you beyond your limits. This is the right place for those looking for a change from the regular boring gym.

Elite Fitness club is one of the rare fitness club where we can get very good combination of workouts--- cross workout, MMA & Boxing. I have tried multiple fitness regimes like Gym, running, Marathon practice etc.. But found the Elite Fitness program well designed in order to obtain holistic Fitness. The trainer, Vicky @ Kottivakkam branch, does an excellent job. Makes us actively participate in all the workout sessions. Moreover I loved the boxing training, which helps to improve flexibility, agility, confidence & concentration.

My wife and I joined elite fitness about 3 months ago as we had hit our mid 30s and were badly in need of physical activity. Elite fitness Palavakkam was a chance encounter while we went on a gym hunt around the neighborhood and we're extremely glad that we took this decision to join. We've been getting obsessed with fitness and work out as the coaches here keep you motivated throughout. Mr Santosh, Mr Praveen and Mr Arjun (who's newly joined the team) are absolute professionals who understand our specific needs and train us with their immense experience to guide us in the right direction. Elite Gym is a great choice to learn how to physically defend oneself. They teach gymnastics, crossfit, mma with expertise in boxing; especially coach Praveen who has immense knowledge over the field and is very patient with beginners.

Best CrossFits I have been to. I could see the results. The trainers are friendly and guide you well. Best option.
