I've been a regular at this gym and truly appreciate the great equipment and overall setup--it's one of the best in the area. Visiting from Australia, after visiting other local gyms I've found the staff where extremely kind and welcoming and by far the best in the area. Dinesh, who I believe is managing is the gym is a large reason I returned multiple times. The environment was great and supportive with people willing to help, share and spot. I also noticed they turned the air conditioning up upon noticing I was a sweaty mess, Chennai is so much hotter then Melbourne! Overall great experience and highly recommend for anyone visiting. You will be looked after well here.
