Nice place to workout, equipments and machines are good... trainers are also good they are decent, polite and very knowledgeable... they are very supportive as well... well maintained at this covid period...

I have joined gym since 1y.. But on recent days, after the training given by Rama mam helped to lose weight easily and effectively. Having proper healthy diet with her assistance makes you even stronger, healthier and probably fit in all aspects. The weight loss journey firsts starts with a inch loss and gain muscle mass.. Also it is very safe for ladies.. Good job!! Stay stronger! Stay fit!

I have joined gym since a year and from Jan 2023 within a span of 18 days I have seen many changes in weight and also have shredded many inches at a start. It is absolutely necessary in planning a diet according to the weight. It was possible losing weight after joining here with proper diet which was planned by our coach. Consistent workout given by coach adds up for the weight loss.. Equipments are in good condition. Ladies time makes us more comfortable.. let's get fit together...

Compact family fitness studio gym is very excellent place for your fitness. I am with this gym for past 4 years.Trainers are very polite and very experinced. Equipments are good enough for normal daily fitness training. Admin and their team are very cooperative and friendly. It is worth working out here.

Hi guys, I had trained in more than 3 gyms but in this gym, worst behaviour activities from management side. Because of more than 4 times muscle injured for me and my partner. we had said to the management to replace the equipment like leg press machine, chest machine and smith machine but the management was said to me, you will change it to another gym simply said. Management is didn't respect the gym clients even though respecting the receiption person. we are only facing the problem like body injury and money for hospital purposes. So, please guy's Don't join in this gym my kindly information to you guys..

Worst gym I have ever been to. The equipments and machines are damaged. Even we complained about it to the management but they didn't take any necessary steps regard. If you're thinking of joining this gym, I suggest you guys to invest your money in some other good gyms where they are concerned about the clients.

This is one of the worst gyms i have been to in chennai and so far i have gone upto 5 gyms in chennai. First, when i joined the gym i was promised that crossfit equipments would be installed and an entire year passed still nothing was done. Second, There were many inane rules which this gym followed which created a discomfort among the clients and the staffs too. The staffs are not allowed to teach the basic general training regimes to the clients unless and until they enroll for personal training. Even worse part is that the trainers are not even allowed to spot the heavy lifters unless and until they enroll for personal training. According to my knowledge, many clients have left the gym due to poor and miserable management including the trainers who were angry at the management at the moment. And the management has changed twice. To be precise, people join gym to improve their body and for a peaceful change of a mind, but in this guy none of the things will be possible. There are many better gyms in nearby areas, if u r a beginner or a pro lifter i would gladly advice you to kindly look for other gyms. Definitely not this poor one. Enjoy your workout.!
