One of the best gym in Kilpauk area im happy with their service .compare to other gym this gym as more space and more mechines they have mainly nice and friendly crowd there I will sure recommend this place worth for money

The gym is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The equipment is in great condition, and the environment is motivating. My trainer ganesh is very supportive and knowledgeable, which makes workouts even more effective. Overall, it's a great place to stay fit.

**Disappointed with Unfair Pricing & Misleading Policies** I'm extremely unhappy with C3 Gym Kilpauk's recent changes. They increased fees by 2,000 compared to last year, claiming it was because *all Sundays would be operational*. However, now they've backtracked--only *2 Sundays a month* are open while the other 2 remain closed. Will they refund the extra money we paid for those Sundays? **Doubt it.** On top of that, their gym timings are inconvenient compared to other gyms. They have *long breaks** (closed from 1 PM to 4 PM), while many top gyms operate full-day or even 24/7. Why pay more for worse service? **False promises + unfair pricing + outdated timings = Poor value for money.** Would not recommend unless they fix these issues.

Nice gym. All the facilities inside. Good crowd and reasonable charges. Located next to new avadi road kilpak. Good trainers and royal infrastructure like five star level

This is by far one of the better gyms I have worked out in several years. Well maintained, clean, with lots of emphasis on Time Management. The space in the gym has been well utilised. The machines, weights are of good quality. The trainers are dedicated, helpful and know their jobs and are respectful. A gym's popularity can be assessed by the homogenity of the crowd that comes here. There is a healthy ratio of women who work out because of the above factors and hygiene. Altogether my experience is good. I joined in January 2024. My trainer Ganesh is really a great guy who has supported me like a friend and well wisher in my path to attain a healthy and toned physique!

They find a reason to kick you out of the gym even if you are the victim and scam the money. The owner is very ignorant. You will see this from the way he replies to this review. The gym itself is low on facilities you are better off avoiding this gym all together.
