I'm a professional cricketer and have been training at this gym for the past 3 years. I was their very first member, and I'm impressed by how well they've maintained the facility over the years. The equipment is well-maintained and caters to all types of fitness needs. The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive. I highly recommend this gym.

Worst gym. This gym works like a low cost gym because I paid 9000 as one year subscription. Which is equivalent to many corporate gym. But in this gym, the owner doesn't care for anything. This gym already has dumbbells only till 35kgs now there is no 20kg dumbbell also. Because the dumbbell got broken he is not replacing it and in the water dispenser cold water is not working , many of them complained about this but still he doesn't care. Leg extension machine is the worst. It should be in the scrap. But it is in the gym. This gym is totally a disaster. I personally tell everyone not to join this gym. The owner's only motive is to switch off the AC. If the owner arrives the AC will be switched off because he would have given the order. And in the afternoons he is not switching on the AC, saying lame reasons. Don't ever join this gym.

Probably the worst gym near nolambur snd aynambakkam surrounding. They will not retain the trainers by giving them salary, trainers keep on changing for every one or two months. It's called AC gym but the owner's focus is always to switch off the AC and especially at the afternoon they will not even turn on the AC, no proper ventilation and no room refreshen they say gym will be opened from 5:00am but they will open at 5:45am to 6:00am only.Worst management, not maintaining the machines properly, if a machine get repaired the will take atleast 2 weeks to repair it. This gym's annual membership comes around 9k to 10k it's better to join some-other gym because there are many corporate gyms where their annual membership would be the same cost.

Good equipments, Good number of Cardio machines. Separate room for floor exercises, clean bathrooms. overall a very good gym.

I'm delighted with my gym experience. The facilities are excellent, the trainers are knowledgeable, and the overall ambiance is inviting. The gym is well-equipped with everything needed for a productive workout. Highly recommend!

Very bad experience. If u are planning to kick start ur workout never choose this gym . Even if u complain about the machine fault to so called owner he will simply blame you like you did the workout in the wrong way & gives some rubbish explanation instead of resolving it . Better avoid those injuries & especially the owners zero knowledge fitness lectures. U can join workout & suffocate without proper ventilation and finally u can go complain them to the owner and die hearing his stories .

If u are a beginner never ever go to this gym there is no proper coach to guide or to even moniter you .Owner just want money he never worries about client satisfaction. If u wanted to have a good fitness journey better cross the subway and join any other gym .
