It has been a month since I joined Auro health and wellness center. I have been looking for a meditation class for so many months and I am happy that atlast I found the right place. Mr. Satish master is very humble and down to earth. He spends individual time with the students that is something not possible in many other institutions. I have been following the instructions of sir for more than a month and i could feel the difference in my way of life. It has helped me to be well organized and also concentrate better in studies. I always come with doubts and he takes immense patience in clarifying them. He is not money minded as he doesn't force any course on us as other institutions do. If the learners take the classes seriously and practice with consistency, it will definitely have miraculous results. I would recommend the yoga classes whole heartedly for the fact you actually take home more than for what you have paid.
