Always Neetu needs to explore more and because of her hunger, now all her students are experiencing new AERIAL YOGA in Aeroslim , just awesome class which really needs arm and core strength for the various poses .She will teach various tough poses in a simpler manner and she is the certified Aerial yoga trainer who will always come up with innovative and tough poses . Neetu is a great trainer. She is very experienced and understands the physiology very well. She tailors her sessions to strengthen every aspect of our body.Her sessions are well planned, balanced and ensure overall workout. I have lost close over 10 kgs by regularly attending her classes. I feel fitter and more energetic. The online classes during the lockdown phase kept me motivated and upbeat.
