I've been a member of Aar Strength Fit Unisex Gym for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. This is one of the best unisex gyms for Strength, Cardio, and CrossFit workouts for both men and women. The facility is well-maintained, with all the necessary equipment and a motivating atmosphere. Mr. Sundar, the owner of the gym, is not only a skilled and knowledgeable professional but also incredibly friendly and supportive with all the members. His presence adds a positive and welcoming vibe to the gym. My wife & me personally train with Mr. Sharukh, and We couldn't ask for a better personal trainer. He has excellent knowledge of Strength and CrossFit training and always tailors workouts to match my fitness level and goals. His guidance and motivation have made a big difference in my fitness journey. We highly recommend this gym to anyone serious about getting fit with expert support!

I strongly recommend this gym, Gym ambience are very good I took personal training....My coach is Mr.sharuk, really I need to appreciate him bcoz first he sees our capacity & according to that he will prefer workout to improve our body fit & especially I like his motivation....always he used to say that "you can do it" while my energy gets down. And for me almost 9 months over in this gym, I felt the improvement in my body and also my mental health. Really I m very happy. Because I joined gym for some medical issues.... Now it's becomes like one of my mental peace therapy & giving me a confidence. Main thing is safest place for women. Tq Sundar anna and sharuk.

I have been training with Sharukh for almost 6months and he is one of the most commited and knowledgable trainer. He is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging. I have seen improvement in my ability to complete more situps, core exercises and lift progressively heavy weights. He is extremely reliable and punctual and ready to start training ahead of time with an exercise routine planned. He ensures my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.

Excellent quality of equipment, trainer's has good knowledge and are very supportive. Seperate floors for cardio and strength training. They have very good parking space. Best gym in Hosur.

Great gym to work out !! Sundar is a thorough professional . Trainers are really good especially vishnu master, shahrukh master and suriya master. They make a meticulous plan and help us to become healthy .. I strongly recommend them .. I did my transformation within 2 months
