The way Yogacharya Deependra ji teaches Yoga is altogether different and unique in its own way. He is an expert of Yoga. He encourages you to push yourself beyond your comfort zone and reinvent yourself by way of the Yoga. His main focus is on building core strength both physically and mentally. He is always available to clear any doubt. He is a nice and soft spoken human being but when he is in a class he is strict disciplinarian. Special mention should be made of Nikita ma'am who is also a wonderful and knowledgeable instructor in the Adiyogi Yoga Studio. I am just 15 when I was diagnosed with too much pcod at that moment the ground slipped from my feet I started feeling very stressed then my medicine was started but they were effective as long as I took them .Then I suffering from depression and thyroid my weight is frequently gained day by day . Recently I join Adiyogi yoga studio I see brilliant changes in my body my weight start reducing from 78 to 74 just in 1 month I am completely cure my thyroid without any medicine and I cure my pcod without medicine I got my periods naturally just only because of our teachers Dependra sir and Nikita ma'am both gives a positive directions to improve my health . Tremendous practice classes with care . Sir always make sure that the student put extra effort into doing asanas.
