I'm very satisfied with my experience. It's been a great learning experience and I've improved my strength and flexibility a lot.. Ankit is always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of his profession. He ensures that all the yoga postures are always correct. I feel like I'm so much more healthy and have so much more energy. Excellent methodology. You can schedule your sessions as per your convenience. I found it very practical and beneficial.Initially I was under the impression that it was insufficient practicing yoga for such a short period of time but to my surprise the 30-60 minute classes have been the most rewarding on my busy days. The meditations sessions were also helpful :) Highly recommended...

A great place to perform and learn different types of yogasanas. The instructor Ankit is very professional, experienced, well trained, helpful and easy-going person to learn yoga from. This is simply the best yoga class in the city.

This yoga class is fantastic! The instructor, Ankit is skilled and welcoming, making the session enjoyable for all levels. The class has a peaceful ambiance, and the flow of the class left me feeling energetic and centered. Must join!!!!! I'd recommend it for a solid yoga session.

I have been going regularly to Ankit Yoga Wellness since October, 2023. During the time, my yoga practice has greatly improved physically and spiritually. Ankit Sir provides expert training and guidance in the practice of asanas, pranayama, and meditation. They conduct both online and Offline classes. They practice with open hearts and kindness - making all of the students feel welcome - and happy :))
